John Killian

I am a fifth-generation Arizonian from a ranching family. I was raised in Chino Valley, graduated from Northern Arizona University on a track scholarship and am currently residing in Phoenix. I got started rodeoing after my buddy Justin spurred me into bull riding--when the rodeo team at Cochise College didn't need any more bull riders, I picked up a rigging and started riding bareback broncs. Since I started riding in 2011, I've become a PRCA Circuit Finals qualifier and three-time GCPRA Year-End Bareback Champion. Holding my PRCA Rookie Card for the upcoming 2015 season, my goal is to become Circuit Rookie of the Year and head to the Ram National Circuit Finals. As a deeply-rooted Arizonian, I would jump at the chance to represent an Arizona brand in my rodeo travels this year.
