Bri Schwabauer – Ranch Recipes

Growing up in coastal Southern California on our fourth-generation lemon, avocado and wine grape operation, I was blessed to be exposed to a wide array of flavors from a young age. I often feel the way I cook has been influenced by my family and surroundings through Midwest and Southern roots, the many eclectic flavors foun on the California coast, yet a strong tie to the well-known Santa Maria style barbeque that has been a family favorite for many years. With a passion for good livestock, farming, the Oklahoma State Cowboys (GO POKES) and delicious margaritas, I hope to share my story and love of all things food related while giving you a few recipes to add to your recipe book.
