Walt Hoyt

My name is Walter Jason Hoyt V, I have lived a lot of places around Northern California always having a dog by my side and good horse to ride. Growing up money was always something that was needed, so there are not many jobs I have turned down. From working on car lots, running cows and driving truck in Wyoming, working in grape fields at the age of twelve and too many others to list. I got a college degree and now have created some stability in my life to be able to play my music. I hope you enjoy my songs and have a good day.

Ryan Chrys & The Rough Cuts

"Ryan Chrys & The Rough Cuts bring forth new energy to country music fans who love the heroes and outlaws of old. Influenced by the songs and personalities of legends like Waylon, Willie and Johnny Cash and driven with a deep love for blazing guitars, gritty lap steel and lightning fiddle, the band is a beacon for the next generation of classic hearts. You’ll hear Nashville sounds and new country twists for sure, they’re just cut apart and patched into the bedroll of Western cowboy ridin’ hard to beat the posse. This is Modern Outlaw Country.

Tim Zach

Tim Zach is that guy who used to sip beers at your local bar on open mic night. Ball cap pulled down over his eyes. Killing the crowd with that smooth baritone voice. The guy who entered contests for the hell of it – and always won.
“I never had any ambition to become a musician when I was in high school,” admits The Whiskey Bent Band front man. “Playing in a band didn’t enter my mind. I just sang for fun. At that point in my life I was pretty focused on sports.”
Zach was exposed to country music at a young age. His dad, Frank, was a big Alabama fan and the two would drive on Highway 13 near Zach’s hometown of Glidden, Wisconsin, singing along to “The Closer You Get.”
“That’s still one of my fondest memories,” Zach says.
Zach didn’t get serious about performing until 20 years later. Even then, his career as a musician happened almost by accident.
Some friends convinced him to enter the “Colgate Country Showdown” singing competition in 2009. A demo tape landed him a live performance, which led to being named the “Best New Country Act in Nebraska”.
Zach’s run in the contest ended at regional competition in Albuquerque, N.M. “But it’s where my career as an entertainer would begin.”
The Whiskey Bent Band formed in 2009, but success didn’t come quickly. In fact, the band actually paid a small Nebraska bar $175 to rent the place and play its first gig.
“We called all of our friends, invited them to Third Base Bar in St. Libory and played a 45-minute set for them – because we didn’t know any more songs than that,” recalls Zach, who moved to Nebraska in 2003 and now lives in Loup City.

‘COUNTRY WITH CRUNCH’
Known for its high-energy shows, tight instrumentals and Zach’s strong vocals, Whiskey Bent is a five-man country rock band based in central Nebraska.
In addition to Zach, Whiskey Bent is made up of Jeff Westwood (guitar), Jeff Wilson (drums), Joe Parr (guitar, mandolin, harmonica) and John Victory (bass). Westwood and Wilson have been with the band since it formed in 2009.
Kevin Galvan is Whiskey Bent’s tour manager, sound tech and merchandise manager.
Whiskey Bent writes and performs its own music and covers a variety of top artists that include Eric Church, Toby Keith, Jake Owen, Gary Allan and Johnny Cash.
“Garth Brooks meets Metallica. We’re country with crunch,” explains Zach. “We like to push the limits with songs and bring a rock attitude to every song we play.”
In 2010, Whiskey Bent played at Nebraska’s popular Comstock Windmill Festival alongside national acts Clay Walker, Rodney Atkins, Trent Tomlinson and Emerson Drive. That appearance launched a relationship in 2011 with Kearney-based radio station Nebraska’s Hot Country Y102 and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which led to the first of many benefit concerts to raise money to fight childhood cancer.
Whiskey Bent solidified itself in the Midwest music scene in 2012. The band opened for legend Collin Raye while also playing shows with national acts such as Justin Moore, Ronnie Milsap and the Casey Donahew Band.

FIRST ALBUM RELEASED
Zach and his band mates also began writing and performing their own songs in 2012, beginning with the debut single “On The River,” which quickly became a top request on local country radio. Whiskey Bent followed that single with “Every Bar’s Got One” and released four songs on its first EP.
In 2013, with its EP gaining momentum and increased airplay, Whiskey Bent expanded its fan base by booking shows beyond it’s Nebraska roots, playing in surrounding states such as Iowa, South Dakota and others. The band also increased its national presence, opening and playing alongside The Lost Trailers, Jerrod Niemann and Jake Owen.
Whiskey Bent is currently in its busiest year of touring, playing more than 80 live shows in 2014. In addition to being one of the most sought-after club bands in the Midwest, Whiskey Bent is a regular on the summer county fair and country music festival circuit, including the popular Kicker Country Stampede in Manhattan, Kans.
Riding the success of its first EP, the band also released its first full-length album in July 2014, which includes eight original songs. In May, Zach spent time at Station West studio in Nashville where he co-wrote and recorded “Like Him” – a song about his grandfather – as part of a solo project released in November 2015.

Renea Roberts

Renea Roberts was born in Kentucky but grew up in Delbarton, a small town in West Virginia. Both states are known for their deep roots in music and, without a doubt, those roots found their way to Renea’s core at a young age.

Armed with a strengthened confidence, an undying love for music, and a tremendous work ethic, Renea began to explore the possibility of a career as a country music recording artist. She began singing on every stage possible and was fortunate enough to meet local talent agent, John Carlin, of Lyrick Promotions. Carlin helped create more opportunities for her to perform and at one of those performances, Renea crossed paths with Bernard Porter, President and Founder of PCG Nashville-The Science of Artist Development. Porter was very impressed with Renea and invited her to sign as an Emerging Artist with the leading artist development company in the nation. Renea accepted the invitation and began her intense training in Nashville, Tennessee.

Renea Roberts is the complete package. She is naturally beautiful, incredibly talented, intelligent, and country to her core. She’s a girl with a guitar and a notebook full of songs waiting to be heard.

Josh Sinclair

“Believe in something beautiful & have the faith to let it grow.” Quoting a line straight from one of Josh’s songs entitled, ""It Stays The Same"", is like looking into the heart of the singer/songwriter. Covered with tattoos that read like a roadmap of his life to this point…a life lined with more heartbreak, rejection, & breakups than he wants to remember but also filled with so many once-in-a-lifetime experiences, including multiple national tours, recording in million dollar studios, and meeting some of the coolest people and diehard fans along the way. The story of Sinclair is simple…follow a dream and NEVER give up. With this mentality, Josh has persevered and grown in his songwriting, which has touched thousands of lives coast-to-coast, from NYC to Los Angeles, Alaska to Texas and all states in between, while crashing on more cold floors and dirty couches than he can count, all to pursue the passion that he loves.

Growing up in Des Moines, Iowa, Josh picked up the guitar at the age of 10 and took lessons for a few years. He was in and out of bands throughout high school and into college when he and his brother, Nicholas, teamed up to form the pop/rock duo, Little Mojo. It was during that time that this White Stripes-meets-Hanson duo forged their own identity, started writing and releasing original albums, and booking national tours, all on their own. This eventually led to 3 different record deals over a 6 year time span with Mutiny 2K Records NYC, PlayTyme Entertainment, and Dreammakers Music. They spent countless hours in various New York City studios, releasing 2 EP’s and a live album as well as a full-length record that got shelved, but even that didn’t deter the drive that Josh had to keep moving forward.

After being released from Dreammakers Music, Josh went on to form the power-pop trio Hollywood Burnout. They signed a deal with Reform Records (NYC) & released a self-titled EP in 2010. This was also at a time when Josh & his brother signed a developmental deal with Universal Motown to write & record another EP. They worked with renowned songwriter & producer Kenny Gioia (Marcy Playground, Cute Is What We Aim For, Ingrid Michaelson, Mandy Moore) and the project was overseen by record mogul, Shep Goodman. They did a few showcases for Sylvia Rhone at Universal, various A&R at Atlantic, and some other majors but nothing landed the “big” one. After a live performance on national television at the MDA Telethon in Las Vegas in late 2011, Josh decided to pursue a more active role as a singer/songwriter & Hollywood Burnout began to scale down their performances to only a few times a year.

Josh started to land countless song placements in national tv and film over the next few years including NBC & MTV, and he continued to build his repertoire and hone his songwriting during this time. He released a couple of alt/country records with his new band Dakota Park, comprised of his wife at the time, and they built a strong and loyal following in and around the Midwest. After a painful divorce in early 2016, which ultimately ended Dakota Park, Josh turned to focusing on getting through that difficult time by writing and also revisiting some old songs that never saw the light of day. Songs that he had written almost 10 years ago somehow seemed to fit the exact feelings and emotions he was currently going through. He always said that he wrote better breakup songs than love songs. The result was his first ever solo record entitled, ""LOVE HATE,"" which was released nationwide in April 2016.

15 songs that tug at the heartstrings while spitting in the face of love. LOVE HATE will take you on a journey of emotions. With songs ranging in styles from pop to alternative to crossover country, Sinclair is on the edge of something special. He continues to expand in his writing and conquer critics with his passionate songs of breakups, heartache, and hope. Hold on for the ride & experience an artist whose style is comparable to Ryan Adams, Dashboard Confessional, American Bang, etc. In addition, his live performance also incorporates real-time looping in the same vein as Howie Day & Ed Sheeran.

Rock n Roll, JOSH

Jacob Morris

We are the Jacob Morris Band from Chandler, Arizona. 19 year-old Jacob Morris and company have come together to create a blend of traditional and modern country music. The JMB have experienced success in AZ through the release of Jacob's solo debut EP, "Reap What You Sow" and Jacob's song "Storm" which was a dedication to the suicide of Marcus Wheeler in 2015. They have performed at the Ostrich Festival, headlined the 2016 Glendale Glitter and Glow Block Party which drew 100,000 people. Most recently they worked with Kimes Ranch Apparel for a corporate event in Flagstaff, AZ. The band is currently working on a brand new EP to be released in the winter. The attached video is a live performance of a new original song "Ain't Got a Clue" at the Kimes Ranch event this past weekend in Flagstaff.

The Bare Hambones

The Bare Hambones consider themselves a roots band. They bring to the stage a blend of bluegrass, rockabilly, outlaw country, and rock music. With country and rockabilly rhythms from the bass and piano, mandolin picking for melodies, acoustic guitar filling in the sound between, and creative, lively drums, the room is filled with energy when The Bare Hambones play.
TIM LARSEN - PIANO PLAYER, SINGER
Tim Larsen has been hacking away at the piano since he was about 12 years old. Never had a lesson, can't read music (which he refers to as 'the dots on the page'), and very much dislikes being referred to as a keyboard player. And for god sake, don't suggest that he play a keytar. He's simply just a piano player.

Tim started The Bare Hambones as a way to have a great birthday party. He got in touch with Brad Riverdahl and the Hambones original bass player, Tim Konn and the idea sounded good enough for the guys to agree to sit in for the night. Tim's friend Michael Brown had been playing an acoustic guitar for awhile, so he and lead guitar player Johnny Wilson rounded out the initial lineup for the birthday show. After that night, Tim Larsen, Mike Brown and Brad Riverdahl wanted to keep the ball rolling, so they reached out to the internet and found Tony Kubicek and Mike Marshall, and The Bare Hambones were ready to start playing shows, writing songs, and recording.

When The Bare Hambones played that initial show, it was the first night since 1992 that Tim sang a lead vocal. He's still working on getting over the nerves from that night. He does tend to shy away from attention...

MICHAEL BROWN - ACOUSTIC GUITAR
""Ladies and Gentlemen, Michael Brown"" plays an acoustic guitar. He rounds out the sound while the other guys are picking away at notes and melodies. Mike Brown was playing solo at open mic nights before The Bare Hambones came along. He is frequently the glue that holds the creative element together. When the band has an issue with a line or naming a song, Mike brown comes through every time.

BRAD RIVERDAHL - DRUMS
Brad Riverdahl has played drums in a spectrum of genres over the last 20 years. In the late 90's, he toured with a pop punk band called The Amazing Transparent Man. Through most of the 2000's he and Tim Larsen played together in The Psychobilly Kadillaks, an insurgent country band. Rounding out the 2000's and into the 10's, Brad played in an Iron Maiden Tribute band, and here he is pulled back toward the roots music with The Bare Hambones. It is Brad Riverdahl's drums that put the foot in the ass of this band's music.
TONY KUBICEK - BASS
Tony Kubicek is an outstanding musician. If you name a song, he'll start playing it within moments. Trained as a jazz guitarist, he loves playing his 5-string bass. He is the foundation of The Bare Hambones sound. His timing is spot on. His rhythms are solid, yet creative, and his harmonies make the bands vocals something to remember.

MIKE MARSHALL - MANDOLIN
Mike Marshall is the lead player The Bare Hambones were looking for. The last member to enter the band, Mike Marshall brings with him a lot of bluegrass experience from the Pacific Northwest. His picking style brings a whole new roots feel to the Hambones rhythm, and his lead work is worth the listen. Mike Marshall and Tim Larsen share a lot of the songwriting time together.

He also enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his girlfriend, friends and family. He is a graduate of Chico State University with a degree in Business Administration. Dirt Road Daisies

The name itself, Dirt Road Daisies, provides a beautiful vision of an open field of wild flowers down the long dirt road so many country music fans have grown up on. In the same manner, their band name also describes the soft and rough edges of its two daisies, Marci Mitchell and Holli Nicole Smith. Raised hundreds of miles apart and from different sides of the road, one with strong hometown roots and one who grew up a gypsy; these two girls found themselves in the heart of country music with the same star in their eyes and dream in their heart.

Marci Mitchell is from a small town in Nevada, MO. Nevada is much like most small towns in the mid-west and shaped the true, authentic country girl that is Marci. Marci’s fearless attitude, strong country roots and delightful stage presence have kept Marci performing on the road since she was 16. In addition to her quick wit and kind heart, Marci’s soulful southern voice resonates with all who hear her and provides a realness of a true country woman. Whether it’s a hard rocking country beat or a soulful slow song, you can hear the influences of Patty Loveless, Fleetwood Mac, Clay Walker and The Eagles. With hints of old country music legends, Marci has a sound all her own which people are immediately drawn toward.

Unlike Marci, Holli Nicole Smith was born and raised on Air Force bases throughout the world. She moved every year or two and had no true ""hometown"". But her moves brought on a strong sense of family, hard work and love of country. In high school, Holli’s wish came true and her Dad made a sacrifice in his career so she could finally call a place home in Abilene, TX. I guess you could say moving a lot shaped Holli, but Abilene got to her heart and she’s a proud Texas girl. Always being the new girl never stopped Holli from singing. She’s shared her gift with people around the world. Her unique vocal combination of southern soul, blues and old school country continues to delight people. Singing Patsy Cline, Tanya Tucker and Reba McEntire since she was a small child, Holli found her sound in the real country music of the past by singing stories with heart and passion.

In 2015, fate brought these two together when they were both asked to join an all girls group. The spark between Marci and Holli was instantaneous. Immediately these two began working together and quickly became the highly anticipated next great female duo in country music, Dirt Road Daisies. Like combing country greats Loretta Lynn and Patsy Cline into one unique, powerful sound; their music is unlike anything else in today’s market. On their own these two women are strong but together they’re magic. Dirt Road Daisies: Real Women, Real Country Music.
