Kater Tate

I am Kater Tate and I am a 16 year old junior in high school from McLean, Texas. I compete in tie-down roping, team roping, ranch rodeos, and I have just started steer wrestling this year. I also plan to start steer roping too. I have played sports all the way through junior high and up until my junior year of high school. This year I decided to start home schooling so I can dedicate more time to advancing my rodeo career. I have roped all of my life, but I didn't start competing in rodeo until my 8th grade year. When I'm not competing in rodeos, I enjoy working on my family's and neighboring ranches, as well as training horses. I put God first in my life, my family and friends second, and then my rodeo career.
