  • Dedicate time and attention to assisting customers using proper phone etiquette to effectively solve problems, answer questions and ensure that the customer feels his or her needs have been met or exceeded.
  • Supports accounting operations by filing documents, running reports and various data entry functions
  • Maintain A/R integrity
  • Maintain A/P integrity
  • Issuing credits or assisting with other financial account adjustments, when necessary
  • Accurately/timely processing collections calls/letters, respond to customer inquiries
  • Assisting Staff Accountant with other assigned tasks

Kimes Ranch is a fast growing and innovative western fashion leader. We are seeking a Pinterest Marketing Specialist to help grow the social audience and increase traffic to www.kimesranch.com and Kimes Ranch retailers and vendors. We are looking for someone who is passionate about and experienced working in the world of Pinterest. This is a fast paced, hands-on role that requires a self directed and motivated individual.  The ideal candidate has a background in social media marketing and strong foundation marketing on Pinterest. He/she is knowledgeable about the Pinterest algorithm, knows how to leverage SEO, and has past experience promoting lifestyle content for brands.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Director of Marketing and Social Media Lead in reaching company traffic milestones
  • Create a daily content calendar for Kimes Ranch’s Pinterest page
  • Work with Bloggers & D of M to optimize Kimes Ranch articles for Pinterest
  • Use social media calendar to guide the creation of one-off campaigns.
  • Grow the Kimes Ranch audience on Pinterest via scheduled pins, group boards, contests & promotions, and influencer campaigns
  • Weekly and monthly reporting on traffic, follower growth and engagement

Requirements

  • Proven experience growing communities on Pinterest
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Pinterest Insights, scheduling tools (i.e. Tailwind, Boardbooster), outreach tools (i.e. Pingroupie), and content creation tools (i.e. Canva)
  • Bonus: Experience with Western or lifestyle brands, knowledge of other social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn), digital media production
  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree in digital communications, marketing, or equivalent work history
  • Ability to work independently, but take direction well
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
